📊 9. Project Methodology

I chose Hybrid—Iterative for my project.

Reasons:

  • My requirements are clear enough to plan but flexible enough to improve.
  • I can turn in drafts (bio, work samples, mockups) early and revise them after feedback.
  • Stakeholders (professor, peers, mentors) are available to review and give suggestions during the project.
  • It keeps me on schedule while still letting me make changes, which is better than just locking myself into one plan.

⚙️ 10. Project Tool Selection

I chose to use Asana for my project tool

Reasons:

  • Asana gives me more structure than Trello but isn't as overcomplicated as Monday.com
  • Since my project is Hybrid—Iterative, I need something that lets me plan phases, set deadlines, and still make adjustments when I get feedback.
  • Asana's timeline and dependency features make it easier for me to see what comes first, what depends on something else, and what can be worked on in parallel.
