9. Project Methodology

I chose Hybrid–Iterative for my project.

Reasons:

1. My requirements are clear enough to plan but flexible enough to improve.

2. I can turn in drafts (bio, work samples, mockups) early and revise them after feedback.

3. Stakeholders (professor, peers, mentors) are available to review and give suggestions during the project.

4.It keeps me on schedule while still letting me make changes, which is better than just locking myself into one plan.

10. Project Tool Selection

I chose to use Asana for my project tool

Reasons:

Asana gives me more structure than Trello but isn’t as overcomplicated as Monday.com

Since my project is Hybrid–Iterative, I need something that lets me plan phases, set deadlines, and still make adjustments when I get feedback.

Asana’s timeline and dependency features make it easier for me to see what comes first, what depends on something else, and what can be worked on in parallel.
